 People who are slim throughout their lives, because that's how they are. They don't want eating or running an ultramarathon because they love it. They don't think about their weight. It's a pleasure to be with them. You can go to a restaurant, you can go to the market. There is no discussion about diets or figures. They'll recommend running shoes If you tell them you're interested in running.

 People who have lost many pounds and discovered their balance. They often try to persuade for them to go to an event or group or have surgery. They attempt to persuade, but they usually realize that people are different.

 And lastly, the category. People who are thin because they're always at battle with themselves. Going to the most disgusting sports. Don't know when to have sweets. Calories are always counted. And fat people make them nervous. They're constantly trying to convince you that you're not happy. This can't be the reason you just scaled an incline yesterday, because there's been a shortness of breath. The people who want to be with you are not worthy. You could even die tomorrow. They need to know that they don't suffer from any problem. However, they are so focused all the time thinking about their weight they don't even realize that they're losing other. They aren't many of them in the real world. On the other hand, online. People who aren't successful sit around and build their self-esteem. Bloggers who are the best at blogging build their self-esteem through blaming men and women who do not perform to the standards they set for themselves. It's a major business which generates billions.

 Overweight people know the importance of it being vital, at a minimum to restrict their diet and get moving. They don't want change in their routine. The search for miracles begins: magic pills, weight loss, diet, exercise, and hardware techniques. That is, any promising way to achieve weight loss. From which it will occur by itself without the need to apply their efforts. Can we rely on "miracles" or must we additionally work on ourselves?

 Everyone is aware that food must be healthy and portions small. This is not the case by the majority of people. I've seen people set their heads on the plates and not glance at them until their plate is full. Then they start looking around for something other to consume.

 It's better to be wealthy and well-nourished than to be poor and unhealthy. This doesn't mean being thin or athletic.
