so, most of the people believe that you have to undergo the training courses, well tis is an option but it is not the only way.you can also go directly in an walk-in interviews but there are few requirements that you should have and they are Age, proper BMI (weight according to your height), Educational Qualification,Good Communication Skills and ofcourse Healthy Skin and Body.

Age-  the minimum age to get into this sector is from 18years till 26years.one can give interviews at the age of 27years also but then you should be having a past experience of flying. our domestic airline hires from the age of 18years,on the other hand international airlines hires from 21years and above.but few internations hires from 18years also.

Height- airlines have certain height requirement to predict your reach.every airlines have their own specific minimum or maximum cm( height) that a candidate should follow.Mostly the minimum height is 155cm.So during your interview when your have cleared your certain rounds they physically check your reach without heels.

Weight-  weight is also a major requirement.your BMI which is your body mass index should be absolutly perfect. so, your weight differs from person to person and also it depends on your height.

Educational Qualification- should be 10+2 which means you should be having your high scool degree and graduation is optional depends if you want to do it you can and if not you cxan still try in aviation.Good communication skills- so, fluency in english is very important.Most of the airlines, they require a staff to be fluent in english.

Healthy mind and body- so, as a future cabin crew you will have to undergo a certain medical tests which you need to clear al of them. The purpose behinde this is to check wheather the candidate is suffering from any kind of disease or not, also sometimes we have long flights, long haults so at that point you should be healthy enough to keep yourself together and able to lift certain weight on your head during the course of the flight.

SKILLS REQUIRED-

Firslty you need to understand the value of the passengers, making sure that they are comfortable throughout the flight.their safety has to be our first priority.

  1. a) skills to deal and handel the passengers in any adverse conditions.

b)good command over the language and if you knoe any additional language then what can be better than that.

  1. c) extrovert, so that you interact with passenger make them feel comfortable.
  2. d) knowlege about the safety and the first-aid, in case of emergency.
  3. e) positive attitude towards your team mates and being cooperate
